Our Mission
YCC149's mission is to maintain, enhance, and sustain a safe and welcoming community for the owners and their families.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is a group of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our community. The Board meets monthly to discuss business matters and other projects. The Annual General Members' Meeting happens in December to elect members and approve/appoint them.
In Case of Emergency
Call the 24/7 Emergency Common Elements Emergencies Hotline ONLY for Roof Leaks, Foundation cracks or leaks, Basement Drains, Exterior Brick Work FIRST and send the maintenance form
Simple steps to follow:
- Call the emergency number. 647-243-5996
- Complete the maintenance form.
- Send an email to the Board with supporting photos.
All other Non-Emergency property requests must complete a Maintenance Form.
